heavy and important

i just finished watching the weather underground, a complex and riveting film about the student revolutionary movement. i had heard of this organization, but didn't know much about their history, except what i learned in a book i read in college--vida, by marge piercy--that was likely based loosely on this group and others. this film has been on my short list, mostly because my buddy, sam green, was behind it. it's a powerful film, one that i'm not quite ready to deconstruct or discuss yet, but i will soon. go see it. talk to me about it.
