it's true: craigslist rocks

sold my desk today to a cute blond kid who was excited about his new piece of furniture, and said, "thank you!"

that in itself erased my worries about selling something i've had for so long. his dad said not to worry about the scratches, because his son is known to make a few himself :)

AND david sold his car in under 24 hours. i cannot believe it! he had a good experience, too.

a flute and a bookshelf still remain. any takers?
