made my first batch of x-mas cookies--ever--this year. for my inaugural bake-off, i chose a treasured family recipe: mice.
co-workers agreed, this buttery concoction made the last day of work before break much better* than years past.
*i made that up. but they liked 'em!

You are a funny one beark. I do love mice though. I think it would have made my last day before break better. Especially having your first go of 'em.
they are quite cute. you can add to the sweetness by shaking them in a little bag or rolling them in a bowl of powdered sugar. yum
